Scadd Draft:

Scadd Draft is a total structural drafting package developed since 1992 by structural engineers and CADD technicians. Our goal is to make working with AutoCAD® as simple as possible. The less time that is spent on setup, layers, textstyles, dimstyles and linetypes, the more time can be devoted to thinking about your design. The main component that manages all of these functions is the Scadd Control Panel. You can customize your drafting standards as you see fit. The Control Panel allows you to create and save multiple standards that are saved with your drawing. Scadd Draft was designed with intelligence, so as you draft, Scadd will automatically adjust itself. For example, with Scadd's scale fences, you can set up multiple scale details in model space and move around to each detail and Scadd will automatically adjust all the scale related entities (textstyle, dimstyle, annotation, etc.). Therefore, you won't ever have to worry about changing scales again. In addition, if using Scadd's Level Manager, plans can be drawn in three dimensional space and be viewed as two dimensional drawings for plotting with a click of a button. A graduate of Northeastern University with over 20 years experience, Mr. Supino has worked at nationally known companies such as TAMS (now Earth Tech), Foley & Buhl, and Kimball Chase. Mr. Supino’s extensive experience covers an array of positions including senior structural engineer, AutoCAD manager, programmer and instructor, as well as network administration. This lends itself to a complete in-depth knowledge of the interaction between all of these professions within your organization. Mr. Supino is an Authorized Autodesk Developer and a licensed professional engineer in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. His work as an instructor and programmer to customize AutoCAD, which led to the development of Scadd draft, has helped many engineers and CADD technicians to be more productive over the years.
