Four patient floors, each containing 32 single-occupancy, medical-surgical rooms for a total of 128 inpatient rooms. There will be two floors of mechanical space, and a first floor will provide ambulance access to the Emergency Department entrance.

Villanova West End Zone Building

The 3-story building of approximately 40,000 SF includes a Hall of Fame Room, meeting rooms, 100-seat theater for team meetings and film sessions, athletic training/weight rooms, support spaces, a reception area and an outdoor balcony overlooking the Villanova football stadium.
